Returns & Refunds
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Refunds must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. Any refund request after 14 days, if approved, will be issued in the form of store credit. If the item has already been shipped refunds will only be processed once the item has been returned.
Refunds will be given for faulty or damaged items. Store credit may be offered for change of mind only once the original item is returned in original condition and packaging at the expense of the buyer.

Delivery Time
The general estimated delivery time is 7-30 business days. Please exclude weekends and holidays when calculating your estimated delivery time. Please keep in mind that there is also a processing time frame (see more details below).
From our company’s personal experience, the average delivery time frame from our suppliers tends to be within about 14 business days, starting once the order has physically shipped. Shipping times are always approximate, given that there is no hold up with customs, holiday, or other rare occasions of an unexpected issue, causing a delay on the suppliers end.
Processing
All orders made from Nurse Life are processed within 1-3 business days. However handmade or personalised orders must be processed and shipped by our hand makers, whose processing time is within 2-14 business days depending on the product. If you have any questions about specific product time frames please contact us before ordering.
Do all items ship together?
No, not necessarily.Nurse Life works with some very talented makers for our more unique items. Due to this, your order may consist of items that come from various suppliers. If you have more than one item in an order, you may receive your items in separate packaging, as well as the possibility of packages arriving on separate dates.
I still have not received my order, now what?
If it has been more than one week (7 days) past the estimated delivery date (30 business days from the date shipped) and the order still has not been received, please email info@nurselife.com.au and we will look into the issue and handle it accordingly. Please include your name, order number, and a brief summary of the issue.
